Jose has worked at the RCRCD for 5 years as a Resource Conservationist. Jose's main focus is the Irrigation and Water Management program where he performs irrigation evaluations, conducts site assessments, runs basic soil tests, and provides clients with recommendations to help them become more water efficient. Jose also supports our team with in-office technology systems and communications, and is a project manager for some of our habitat restoration projects. He has almost 20 years of experience working in the restoration and landscape industry, supervising projects and field crews. Jose has a passion for protecting the environment and helping communities use their resources more efficiently.
